AGE GROUPS

The player’s age as at the 1st September 2009 will determine which team they can play in.

Under this rule for example, players turning 15 before the 1^st September will play in an under 16’s team (or higher) whereas the player who turns 15 after the1^st September is still eligible to play in an under 15’s team.

Players are not permitted to play in a younger team, but are allowed to play up to 2 years above their age group
